The climax happens early in the story when Colton begins to answer open-ended questions about what Heaven is like. Colton's parents were discussing money issues, and Colton told them that they have to pay Dr. O'Holleran because Jesus used him to 'fix' him. His parents just ignored it but began to ask Colton questions. Colton told his parents that he met John the Baptist, sat on Jesus' lap, and saw Jesus' markers, which were the wounds from the crucifixion. His parents questioned how he knew all these facts about the faith and weren't sure if they should believe their son. When Colton's dad asked Colton if he went to Heaven, he answered with a clear answer, "Well, yeah Daddy." His parent's acknowledged the fact that Colton went to Heaven and came back to answer his dad's prayers.
